The Reactory campus is a master planned park located on ~46 acres of former Worcester State Hospital land. The Reactory allows for up to 470,000 square feet of development amongst eight shovel-ready parcels. The land is zoned for business, allowing for uses that are consistent and compatible with other uses in the area.

The Reactory is a pad-ready development with all required permits in place. As part of the development, the WBDC intends to make comprehensive public road and infrastructure improvements to create public frontage, provide comprehensive storm water management, as well as provide municipally-owned and maintained infrastructure in Spring 2020. These upgrades provide greater opportunity for pad-ready development.
